The O’Gorman Knights Bowling teams began their 2024-2025 season in November. The bowling team is split into two separate girls and boys teams. The girls bowling team consists of 6 bowlers: a clean split between 3 seniors and 3 eighth graders. Two out of the six are new to the team this year! Senior Trinity Whiting’s favorite part of being on the bowling team is, “The girls and the fun! We do themes for each practice and just make each other laugh a lot”.

The O’Gorman boys’ bowling team is made up of 8 bowlers, and their current record is 8-4. “My favorite part of bowling is the fact that you don’t have to be good to have fun!” said junior David Livermont.

If you want to support our bowling teams, their state bowling tournaments are in Yankton on February 20th for the girls, and February 21st for the boys. If you are looking for a new way to get involved and get some exercise, consider joining the bowling team next year!
